At The Arbors at Port Warwick there are absolutely no entrance fees. You are renting an apartment, not giving up your ability to manage your own finances because of large entrance fees or reservation costs. Also, you are free from home maintenance, taxes and insurance. Plus, you have the comfort of living in a professionally secured environment where help is only a call away.

All monthly fees include the choice of one meal daily, housekeeping every two weeks, flat linen laundry service, social and recreational events, wellness and fitness services, scheduled private transportation to local retail areas and physician appointments, and the services of our professional and courteous staff at The Arbors. All rates are based on a one-year lease.

Single Resident Occupancy

Second Person Rate
There is an additional charge of $425 per month for a second related occupant in the apartment.

Additional Meals
The meal plan will allow the resident to use their individual daily meal option in any of the dining venues and the resident may choose to acquire additional meals separately at any other time they dine. Furthermore, the resident may choose to have a two or three meal plan added to their monthly fee. The added cost for the two meal plan is $180 per month and for the three meal plan the added cost is $285 per month.

Deposits for all Residents
A security deposit of $1,000 is required at the time of residency. For pets living at The Arbors, there is a refundable $500 deposit requirement. For resident smokers, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of residency.
