| | Jesse C. Young, Jr - Executive Director - Jesse joined The Arbors during construction and has managed the operations of the community since the opening in March 2003. Prior to The Arbors, he was at Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg (VA) where he managed condominium rental and membership programs. He served as Director of Owner Relations and Project Administration and Director of Community Affairs and Property Development for the 2,200 property owners residing in the resort community. His previous experience as hotel general manager and twenty-five years in the hospitality industry provides an excellent background for his responsibility for the overall quality of life at The Arbors.
| | |  | | Connie West - Assistant Executive Director – Connie joined The Arbors in 2008. Her responsibilities include the daily management of the many services provided to our residents. Her background as senior community Administrator as well as various roles in healthcare operations and management compliments the team at The Arbors. Her experience greatly enhances the delivery of our services to meet the high standards of The Arbors.
| | |  | | Beth Parisher, Director of Resident Services - A native of Newport News, Beth has a varied background as a local business owner and manager and has been with The Arbors since the beginning of construction. At The Arbors she organizes activities and theater excursions, plans social events and receptions, and assembles movie and game events. She also acts as a general liaison for Arbors residents to provide assistance with billing, general questions and enjoying life in our community.
| | |  | | David Jones, Executive Chef - Certified by the American Culinary Federation, Chef David has been with The Arbors since the opening. Jones apprenticed at The Trellis Restaurant in Williamsburg, and has held positions as chef with various upscale restaurants in the Hampton Roads area such as River’s Inn in Gloucester, Ford’s Colony in Williamsburg, and Cities Grill in Newport News. His experience allows him to cater to both casual and more formal dining tastes as he oversees all aspects of kitchen operation, including menu development and food preparation, quality and presentation. His creative touch to cookery will keep your forks poised and your mouth watering!

She has had a successful career in catering, sales and event planning. As The Arbors’ Director of Sales, she is responsible for meeting prospective new residents, the planning of special events for marketing, promoting The Arbors in the local community and making potential residents aware of the offerings of our community. | | | | |
